note to grandparents
How blessed we are to see our children's children (Psalm 128.:6). As I peer into the faces of my grandchildren, the Lord gives me a passion and desire to pray for these children. My mother, Daisy, was a powerful praying womann of God. We felt the strength of her continual prayers. When she passed away her prayers were missed. That prayer GAP needs to be filled. We have the priviledge to continue the legacy of prayer...filling the GAP...together.
There are many reasons we as Grandparents should be praying for our grandchildren. Prayer is our primary means of seeing God work in their lives. We have His promise that the fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much (James 5:16-18). There is such power in prayer, especially when we unite together as one Body. Will you join our team of prayer?
I invite you to join together in prayer for our grandchildren. We can be an encouragement to each other as we share; our blessings and heartaches; our hopes and disappointments; our triumphs and defeats; our joys and sadness. May we be the generation who says, "Yes, Lord! I'm available. Use my life for Your glory and for the advance of Your Kingdom in the generations to come."
Filling the GAP with you,
